Expert has served as an expert witness over the last 10 years in over 50 or so medical legal cases involving alleged mold-related allergy and injury. As a board-certified allergist-immunologist, he has proven to be very helpful in assisting in the various medical aspects surrounding a claim by a plaintiff of mold-related illness. His work has been primarily on behalf of the defense, although he has taken on cases for the plaintiff, at times. His contributions have included review of medical records, study of interrogatories, conducting an independent medical evaluation, being deposed, and appearing in court as a testifying expert witness. He has been told frequently by the retaining defense law firm that his medical input has helped in either getting the case dropped, settled favorably, or decided in favor of the defense after going to court.
